At the Center for Emotional Wellness, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional mental health services to individuals of all ages, spanning every stage of life. Our mission is to foster healing and well-being within our community by offering a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
With a team of highly qualified therapists and life coaches, we offer a range of therapeutic approaches. Our experienced staff works to meet the unique needs of each client by addressing the complete individual; encompassing the mind, body, and spirit.
Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, any other mental health challenge, or is just ready for a change, we are here to provide personalized support and guidance on their journey towards healing and growth.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. We strive to remove barriers to mental health care by offering sliding scale fees, accepting various insurance plans, providing services in English and Spanish, as well as offering services both in person and via telehealth. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of their background or financial circumstances.

SERVICES
At CEW, we offer a wide range of therapeutic services to help individuals and groups overcome their challenges and improve their mental health. Services are available to help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, self-harming behaviors, stress management, personality disorders, shame resilience, and many other mental health issues. Our experienced therapists are dedicated to providing personalized care and support to help our clients achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.
In play therapy, toys act as the child’s words and play is the child’s language.
It builds on the natural way children learn about themselves and their
relationships in the world around them and allows them to make their internal worlds external.
In a safe, and protected space, they are provided the opportunity to work
through deeper emotional fears, anxieties, and experiences that may drive behavioral symptoms.
The Center for Emotional Wellness provides for and partners with first responders and veterans to provide confidential and accessible therapy. Enabling individuals to manage everyday challenges, as well as heal from the symptoms and emotional distress of traumatic experiences, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) provides multi-component crisis and stress response training for first responders and community agencies to support their neighbors and co-workers in the midst or aftermath of a crisis. The CISM team is here to support our community. If you, your place of work, your community, etc. experience a critical event, our CISM Team may be able to provide emergency stabilization services to promote the potential for overcoming this experience in a healthy manner.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an eight-phase psychotherapy approach that helps people recover from trauma without having to talk at length about the traumatic experience. Our therapists are trained to help you to identify your internal and external resources, the experiences causing distress, and their relationship with current symptoms.
The Center for Emotional Wellness is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Twisted X to become an official Tough Enough to Wear Pink Affiliated Center. Our emotional support program is available to anyone who has been impacted by a cancer diagnosis. We are honored to provide up to 12 sessions at no cost to the clients with the help of our generous partner.
