If you, your place of work, or your community is experiencing a critical event, our CISM Team may be able to provide emergency stabilization services to promote the potential for overcoming this experience in a healthier way.

In play therapy, toys act as the child’s words and play is the child’s language. It builds on the natural way children learn about themselves and their relationships in the world around them and allows them to make their internal worlds external.
In a safe, and protected space, they are provided the opportunity to work through deeper emotional fears, anxieties, and experiences that may drive behavioral symptoms.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an eight-phase psychotherapy approach that helps people recover from trauma without having to talk at length about the traumatic experience. Our therapists are trained to help you to identify your internal and external resources, the experiences causing distress, and their relationship to current symptoms. When YOU are ready to reprocess an event, your therapist will ask you important questions about the event including your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and images while using dual stimuli or bilateral stimulation to help you create new safe associations to traumatic events.
